Position Description

The Foundation Director will lead the strategic vision and operational execution of the Aradel Foundation, ensuring impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, sponsorships, and community development initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable social impact and reinforce Aradel’s reputation as a socially responsible organization. The Director will oversee program design, partnerships, financial stewardship, and advocacy efforts to align with Aradel’s long-term sustainability goals.

Major Areas of Responsibility

 
  • Strategic Leadership & Governance

Define and implement the Foundation’s mission, vision, and objectives; establish governance and compliance standards; prepare annual CSR and sponsorship plans aligned with corporate goals.

 

  • CSR & Sustainability

Design and execute programs in education, health, environment, and empowerment; monitor impact metrics; integrate sustainability into operations.

 

  • Sponsorships & Partnerships

Identify opportunities, build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and ensure execution.

 

  • Program Development & Measurement

Conduct needs assessments, set KPIs, and publish impact reports.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

Liaise with stakeholders, represent at events, foster relationships, and drive awareness campaigns.

 

  • Financial Management

Oversee budgets and ensure compliance.

 

  • OH&S
    Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and attend training.

 

 

Leadership

  • Demonstrates the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and accountability in all decisions and actions.
  • Serves as a role model for professional ethics, ensuring that social impact initiatives are executed with fairness and responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and governance capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).

 

20 years+ with 12 years in CSR, sustainability, or foundation leadership roles.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for social impact and community development.
  • CSR or sustainability certifications are an advantage.
